Sheer Khurma

Mantu
Manto is a street food commonly found in Afghanistan which is made from minced meat or ground beef seasoned with typical Afghan spices wrapped in wonton skin and then steamed. This gluten free dish is very healthy and has less oil content which makes it easier to digest. This dish is also usually served with tomato sauce and yogurt or Quroot (sour cheese from Afghan cuisine).
Kabul Pulao
Kabuli Pulao is a typical Afghan dish that is so popular that it is called the national dish of Afghanistan. This dish is like fried rice, which is a mixture of rice, tender lamb, various spices, vegetables (including carrots), beans and ingredients that vary from region to region. Each region also has its own distinct flavors that differ greatly, depending on the herbs, spices, and ingredients used.
Bolani
Bolani, also known as Peraki or Poraki, is a typical Afghan flatbread filled with vegetables such as spinach. It doesn’t have to contain spinach, the contents can be replaced with other vegetables such as potatoes, pumpkin, green onions, green onions or kale which are cooked by baking or frying. Afghans usually eat this dish by dipping freshly fried bolani in yogurt.
Ashak
Ashak is a very common dish served on Islamic holidays or holy days such as Idul Fitri and Ramadan. Boranee Banjan
The dish is made with sliced eggplant and tomatoes grilled in a tomato sauce and topped with a garlicky, mint-yogurt sauce. This dish is usually served in summer as a side dish. The level of spiciness can differ according to one’s personal preference while some prefer to eat this dish at a higher level of spiciness.
